At the very beginning the nature of our basic activities established a system of values which recognizes man as our greatest potential, and his safety, health and professional development as our first imperative.
Today, Duro Dakovic Montaza has a work force over 800. Throughout our history down to the present day the most common occupations are welder and fitter and in the field of project management, experts from the technical professions - mainly mechanical engineers.
With constant improvements, additional activities and adoption of new standards in the area of safety at work and health protection, we are doing everything we can to ensure the best quality working conditions for our work force.
The scope of business activities has expanded over the years and concurrently a commensurate demand for qualified employees. We have therefore always paid the utmost attention to additional, on-going education for all profiles of employee. To this end current plans include the investment of more then half a million Euro for this purpose.
Our employees have the opportunity of additional specialist education in welding, quality control and, through specialist seminars and workshops, additional education in various areas of the economy and management, as well as IT and foreign languages. Also, through various internal training programs, our welders and fitters obtain the knowledge and skills required for work in the most complex projects.
With our continuing encouragement for additional education and specialization in various professions, and by combining experience and new ideas, we aim to build strong teams capable of transforming products and concepts into finished projects.
Our desire is to invest in the development of young people ready to accept challenges and to become a part of our most important project: building a future for coming generations.
